Head Coach (BJJ): Mraz Avdoyan
Mraz is the head coach and founder of Tap Zone. A BJJ black belt, he is an ADCC European Trials champion and a three-time ADCC European Trials medalist. With over a decade of experience in BJJ and MMA, Mraz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the mats, guiding and mentoring athletes every day. His training philosophy focuses on technical excellence, discipline, and continuous growth. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned competitor, Mraz is dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
Head Coach (MMA): Thabet Al-Agha
Thabet is a highly experienced MMA coach with over 15 years in the sport. A former professional MMA fighter and accomplished wrestler, he rose to prominence as an Al Batal Champion, showcasing his elite skills in striking, grappling, and cage control. With a deep understanding of the fight game, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his students, helping them sharpen their techniques, improve conditioning, and develop the mindset of a true warrior. Whether training beginners or seasoned fighters, Thabet is committed to pushing his athletes to their highest potential inside and outside the cage.

Lucas is the dedicated kids’ BJJ trainer at Tap Zone. A skilled Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt with a solid wrestling background, he combines technique, discipline, and fun to create the perfect learning environment for young athletes. With a passion for teaching, Lucas focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving coordination, and instilling confidence in every child.
